Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel good in every OFORMA piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Size or style exchange

• You have up to 14 calendar days after delivery to request an exchange.
• Your first exchange is on us. From the second one on, shipping is at your cost.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your purchase within 7 business days of delivery.
• We refund the full amount paid, using the original payment method.

Defective items

Contact us as soon as you notice it. We review each case and, if the item is eligible, we replace it or refund you.
