Meet Inelia Garcia
With a career of more than three decades dedicated to human movement, Inelia Garcia is internationally recognized as one of the greatest specialists in Authentic Pilates. With a degree in Physical Education from the University of Chile, she deepened her studies in dance, yoga, stretching, body awareness, and various movement techniques before finding her true passion.
In 1993, she began her training in Authentic Pilates with Romana Kryzanowska, a direct disciple of Joseph Pilates, becoming one of the key figures responsible for preserving and spreading the original method worldwide, with an emphasis on Contrology.
Today, at the helm of Studio Authentic Pilates, Inelia continues to train professionals and inspire thousands of people around the world through a philosophy based on conscious movement, strength, balance, and longevity.
