Payments & Shipping

Payment

You can split your purchases into up to 3 interest-free installments on Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Elo, and Hipercard credit cards. We also accept PIX payments.

Please note that the site's minimum installment is 7.80 (R$ 40.00) per installment.

Shipping and delivery time

Our products are kept in a separate stock exclusively for the online store, with dispatch within up to 3 business days.

The shipping time varies according to the ZIP code entered at checkout. Usually, when shipping is done via PAC, the average delivery time is 6 business days; but if you want your purchase to arrive faster, request shipping via Sedex — in that case the average delivery time is 3 business days from the posting date.

If you still have any questions, get in touch with us via OFORMA's WhatsApp or e-mail.

Our service hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on holidays.
